What are your general policies?

No cameras or photography unless specifically permitted by management in advance

No refunds or exchanges on your tickets

No smoking or vaping in the venue - smoking is permitted on the sidewalk out front. don't be a trash bird, please dispose of your butts properly. Not in the street!

Absolutely no fighting, stealing, or being rude to guests or staff

All our shows are generally 21+  

Important Notice: While we want you to enjoy the show, please be aware that moshing, crowd surfing, and stage diving are strongly discouraged for your safety and the safety of others. By attending this concert, you acknowledge and accept that you assume all risks and responsibility for any personal injury or property damage that may result from participating in such activities

Do you have a box office?

Tickets are available in advance here. If tickets are not sold out, the Box Office will open 1 hour before music starts on the day of the show.

What happens when a show is sold out?

To ensure that you are guaranteed entry to the show, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance. Once a show is sold out, we can’t do anything to help you, other than allow access to one individual each time one leaves. This scenario is avoidable by buying in advance.

Can I pick up my tickets before the show?

If you purchased tickets online and did not choose for tickets to be mailed to you there are NO physical tickets. Your name will be on a list at will call when you arrive.

What if I need to change the name on my ticket?

You will need to contact the ticket provider to initiate name changes. This guarantees that ticket holder names are not wrongfully switched. This information will be found at the point of sale.

Do you have a lost and found?

Items that are found by our staff after a show are kept safe in our office. You can call us at 816-326-8281 during business hours to inquire about recovered items. Please remember, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at recordBar. If it is valuable to you, it is probably safer at home or in your car.
