No cameras or photography unless specifically permitted by management in advance

No refunds or exchanges on your tickets

No smoking or vaping in the venue - smoking is permitted on the sidewalk out front. don't be a trash bird, please dispose of your butts properly. Not in the street!

Absolutely no fighting, stealing, or being rude to guests or staff

All our shows are generally 21+ Minors are allowed if accompanied by a legal guardian. State-issued ID is required of all non-chaperoned guests, regardless of their age.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Doors open generally one hour before the music starts. Please check our calendar for showtimes.

DO YOU HAVE A BOX OFFICE?

Tickets are available in advance here. If tickets are not sold out, the Box Office will open 1 hour before music starts on the day of the show.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A SHOW IS SOLD OUT?

To ensure that you are guaranteed entry to the show, we recommend that you purchase your tickets in advance. Once a show is sold out, we can’t do anything to help you, other than allow access to one individual each time one leaves. This scenario is avoidable by buying in advance.

WHERE CAN I GET TICKETS TO MINIBAR SHOWS?

Tickets can be purchased online on at our website MINIBARKC.COM or in-person at the miniBar for most shows. We also work with some of the area’s best promoters and you may purchase tickets from them at the links provided on our calendar.

CAN I PICK UP MY TICKETS BEFORE THE SHOW?

If you purchased tickets online and did not choose for tickets to be mailed to you there are NO physical tickets. Your name will be on a list at will call when you arrive.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKET BECAUSE I CANNOT ATTEND AND I WANT TO GIVE THEM TO A FRIEND?

You will need to contact the ticket provider to initiate name changes. This guarantees that ticket holder names are not wrongfully switched. This information will be found at the point of sale; either recordBar, AXS, or Ticketmaster depending on the show.

DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

Items that are found by our staff after a show are kept safe in our office. You can call us at 816-326-8281 during business hours to inquire about recovered items. Please remember, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen at recordBar. If it is valuable to you, it is probably safer at home or in your car.

WHERE DO I PARK?

All parking is street parking. Please DO NOT PARK in the PayDay loan lots (this includes the upper lot off of 38th St. After 9:30 pm during the week and 10:30 pm on weekends Gomer's does allow us to utilize their parking lot. Please be respectful and do not leave trash in their lot.
